| Exclusivity | Sponsor will have product/service exclusivity. No other sponsor can provide the same products/services. |
| Sale Table | Booth with banner (provided by sponsor) on the sales floor during Presale and Public Shopping Hours on Saturday and opportunity for promotion and interaction with shoppers prior to and during the sale. MOMS will provide one 6 foot table and two chairs. Sponsor is responsible for providing additional chairs, up to a maximum of three. |
| Additional Sale Table |
Additional fee of $50/sale for a second 6 foot table to be used at your booth as a display table. Must be requested at least 2 weeks prior to the sale. MOMS will make every effort to accommodate any last minute requests if we have tables and floor space available. |
| Sale Signage | Company logo in sponsor appreciation posters displayed at the Sale. |

File Submission Information
All sponsors: In order to receive full sponsorship benefits, please provide your logo/advertisement no later than four weeks prior to the sale date. The logo/advertisement will be used for any of the following outlets: sale marketing, products/promotional areas, including social media and poster signage at the sale. Should the date be missed, there is no guarantee that the full sponsorship benefits can be accommodated.

File Format
A high resolution photo for the poster should be either a PDF or JPG. Please do not send a logo that you get from your website unless it is 600 dpi or higher.

Files in Word or PDF are unable to be used.
