What data do we collect?
In order to create a valuable community for our members, we request certain type of information. You are under no obligation to provide information other than your contact information. Additionally, each member, at her own discretion, has the ability to hide any user information from other members. The value of the community is dependent upon users providing information and interaction. Therefore, we encourage this sharing of information.
You own all of the content and information you post on the MOMS website, and you can control how it is shared through your privacy settings. For content that is covered by intellectual property rights, like photos and videos (IP content), you specifically give us the following permission, subject to your privacy and application settings: you grant us a non-exclusive, transferable, sub-license, royalty-free, worldwide license to use any IP content that you post on or in connection with Facebook (IP License). This IP License ends when you delete your IP content or your account unless your content has been shared with others, and they have not deleted it. When you delete IP content, it is deleted in a manner similar to emptying the recycle bin on a computer. However, you understand that removed content may persist in backup copies for a reasonable period of time (but will not be available to others).
How is the information used?
We will use the information to bring more value to the community.
With whom is the information shared?
MOMS reserves the right to use the information as we deem appropriate for the best interest of the membership. Individual contact information will never be given to or sold to a third party unless you have specifically asked us to do this. MOMS may, at times, communicate to our members and users of the website on behalf of third parties. We may disclose personal information if required to do so by law or if we believe that such action is necessary to protect and defend the rights, property or personal safety of MOMS, the MOMS website or its visitors.
MOMS places a great importance on the security of all personally identifiable information associated with our clients and contacts. We do our utmost to protect against the loss, misuse, and alteration of client and contact data under our control. While we cannot ensure or guarantee that loss, misuse, or alteration of data will not occur, we use our best efforts to prevent this.
Where is the information stored

Your acceptance of these terms
You have a legal right to a copy of all the personal information about you held by us. You also have a right to correct any errors in that information.
